Short version: the ADHD Planner app has no account and no ads. What you type stays on your phone, except a task you choose to send to “Break it down”. We don’t sell data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we are
The app is made by the team behind Neurodiverge App and published on Google Play by Watermelon Juice. The operator is named in our Impressum. Contact: hello@neurodiverge.app.
What stays on your phone
- Your tasks and their steps, your routines, timer settings, and your focus-session history (including any note you write after a session).
- This data is stored in the app’s own storage. We cannot see it. Android’s own backup may copy it to your Google account if you have backup turned on; that is controlled by you and Google.
- Uninstalling the app deletes it from the phone.
What leaves your phone
- Break it down (AI task steps). When you tap it, the task text you typed and your app language are sent to our server at neurodiverge.app, which passes the text to an AI model through the Vercel AI Gateway to write the steps. We do not save the task text or the steps on our server. Don’t put information in a task that you would not want sent this way.
- Usage counter. To apply the daily limit, the request carries a random install ID made by the app (not linked to your name, email or phone number) and, if purchases are set up, your anonymous RevenueCat ID. These are stored as a counter for up to 24 hours, then deleted. Our host (Vercel) also sees your IP address, as every website does, and we use it for a daily abuse limit.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check whether you have Pro. RevenueCat gets an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from Google Play. We never see your card details.
What the app does not do
- No sign-in, no contacts, no location, no camera, no microphone.
- No ads, no advertising ID, no analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No sale or sharing of personal data for advertising.
Notifications and alarms
The app asks to show notifications so it can tell you when a timer, routine step or focus session ends. If you allow “Alarms & reminders”, these alerts come exactly on time. They are created on your phone; nothing is sent to us.
Processors
- Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway) — privacy policy.
- The AI model providerreached through the Vercel AI Gateway (currently Anthropic) — receives the task text only, to write the steps.
- RevenueCat — privacy policy.
- Google Play (payments) — privacy policy.
- Neon (database for the 24-hour usage counter).
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to delete it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Delete your ADHD Planner data
- On your phone:uninstall ADHD Planner, or clear its storage in Android Settings › Apps › ADHD Planner › Storage. This deletes your tasks, routines and focus history at once.
- On our side: email hello@neurodiverge.app with the subject “Delete my ADHD Planner data”. If you have Pro, include the order number from your Google Play receipt so we can find your anonymous RevenueCat ID.
What gets deleted: the usage counter (it also deletes itself within 24 hours) and your RevenueCat customer record. What is kept: Google Play keeps its own order records, as payment and tax law require; we can’t delete those. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The app is made for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
