The 14-day window
You can request a full refund on any Neurodiverge Pro subscription payment within 14 days of the charge, for any reason. You don’t need to justify it. We won’t ask why. If you decided it’s not for you, that’s a complete answer.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, and to any renewal charge — not just the first one. If we charged you and you didn’t mean it (you forgot to cancel, you got hit by a surprise renewal, the product changed in a way that no longer works for you), the 14-day window starts at that charge.
How to request
Email hello@neurodiverge.app from the email address on your account. Tell us you’d like a refund. That’s the whole process.
We’ll process refunds within 5 business days via Stripe. The money returns to the card you used to pay. Bank settlement can take an additional 3–10 days depending on your card issuer.
You can also cancel your subscription directly from your account— that stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current period automatically. Email us if you also want the current period refunded within the 14-day window.
What qualifies
- Any Pro subscription charge — monthly or annual, first payment or renewal — within 14 days of that specific charge
- Pro-rated refunds outside the 14-day window are considered case-by-case — particularly for hardship, life-event reasons (illness, bereavement), or if Neurodiverge App broke in a way that prevented you from using it. Email us and we’ll work it out.
- Service outages — if Neurodiverge App was substantially unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period, we’ll pro-rate or extend at your choice
What doesn’t qualify
We aim to keep this list short and honest. The 14-day window covers almost every refund situation. Outside of that window we look at cases individually.
- Renewal charges more than 14 days old generally aren’t auto-refunded — but life happens. Email us and we’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first — please email us before going to your bank. We’d rather just process the refund and skip the dispute fees. Repeat-customer abuse may forfeit future access.
Cancellation vs refund
These are different actions:
- Cancellation — stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Do this anytime from your accountwith one click. No fee, no retention obstacles, no “are you sure?” loops.
- Refund — reverses a specific charge. The money returns to your card. If you also want to keep your account active to maybe come back later, you can request a refund without cancelling — just email us.
If you delete your account
Deleting your account from your account settings permanently removes your data and immediately cancels any active subscription. It does not automatically refund recent charges — if you also want a refund within the 14-day window, request the refund first before deleting the account, otherwise we won’t have your email on file to send confirmation to.
Contact
All refund requests, questions, or special-circumstance cases go to hello@neurodiverge.app. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If you don’t hear back within 5, please follow up — we may have missed it.
