Email hello@neurodiverge.app. A human reads everything. We typically reply within one business day — sometimes faster, occasionally slower if the email needs research.
What lands well
- A clinician we shouldn’t be recommending, with the reason.
- A clinician you’d like us to consider recommending, with the country and the reason.
- A phrasing on the site that landed wrong — we’d rather know.
- A question the FAQ should answer.
- A topic for a long-form guide that doesn’t exist yet.
- Press / podcast / partnership requests — yes, briefly, and tell us what you’re thinking.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give you a clinical opinion on your own situation via email — we’re not licensed clinicians and even if we were, doing it by email would be irresponsible. If you’re in crisis right now, the right move is your local crisis line: US 988, UK Samaritans 116 123, EU 112. The screens and guides on this site are not for crisis situations.
If you’d rather not email
We don’t maintain dormant social accounts (we follow our own rule about not listing accounts we don’t actively run). We’ll list socials here when we’re posting on them regularly. Email is the canonical channel until then.
How to get a fast, useful reply
A few details up front save a round-trip and get you a better answer:
- If it’s about a specific page, paste the URL — it tells us exactly which wording, screen, or guide you mean.
- If it’s a clinician suggestion, include the country (and region, if relevant). Recommendations are location-specific and we can’t act on a name alone.
- Tell us whether you want a reply or you’re just flagging something. Both are welcome, and it helps us prioritise.
- You don’t need to explain your whole history. One or two sentences of context is plenty.
What happens after you hit send
A person — not an autoresponder — reads every message, usually within one business day. If your note points out a mistake or a gap, it often turns into an actual edit or a new guide; when a suggestion improves the site we may quote it anonymously, never with your name or address. Emailing us does not add you to any list — we don’t run a newsletter, so there’s nothing to unsubscribe from. Your message is used to answer you and, where relevant, to improve the site, and nothing else.
Quick answers before you write
A handful of things come up often enough to answer here:
- Is it free? The quizzes and guides are free and stay free. Neurodiverge Pro (tracker + AI coach) is the optional paid layer; it never gates the content.
- Do you diagnose? No. The self-screens are starting points for self-understanding and, where it helps, a clinician conversation — not a diagnosis.
- Can I show my result to my doctor? Yes — that’s a good use. Bring the dimension breakdown; it’s a useful prompt for the conversation.
- Where does my data go? Quiz results stay in your browser unless you create an account. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
