ADHD Planner is our Android app for the days when starting is the hard part. It turns a big task into small steps, walks you through routines one step at a time, shows time as a shrinking disc, and gives you a quiet virtual body double to work next to. No account, no ads.

What it does
Break it down
Type a task you keep putting off. You get 3 to 12 small steps, each with a time guess, and the first step is tiny on purpose. Ask for bigger or smaller steps, swipe away the ones you don't need.
Routines, one step at a time
Morning, leaving the house, or your own. Each step gets its own visual timer. When time runs out the app does not push you on — you tap Done when you are done.
A timer you can see
A coloured disc that shrinks as time passes, on a 60-minute face, so ten minutes looks like ten minutes. Drag to set it. It keeps running when you close the app.
Body doubling sessions
Pick what you will work on and for how long. A calm virtual buddy works next to you and checks in once at halfway. It is a feature of the app, not a real person — the app says so.
Free and Pro
- Free, no limit: visual timer, to-do list with steps, running routines.
- Free, with a daily limit: 3 task breakdowns a day, 3 routines in total, 1 body doubling session a day.
- Pro: up to 50 task breakdowns a day, as many routines and sessions as you want. $3.99/week, $29.99/year (3-day free trial) or $59.99 once (US prices; Google Play shows yours).
How it handles your data
Your tasks, routines and focus history are stored only on your phone. When you use “Break it down”, the task text is sent to our server to make the steps and is not saved there. Full details are in the app privacy policy.
