Neurodiverge

Important

Medical Disclaimer

Everything on Neurodiverge is educational. None of it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not licensed clinicians. Our self-screens are starting points for self-reflection and informed conversation with a clinician — not substitutes for assessment.

What our quizzes are not

  • They are not diagnostic instruments.
  • They are not screening tools used by clinicians. (Real clinical screens used in assessment include the ADOS-2 for autism and a structured ADHD interview — not online quizzes.)
  • They are not predictive of treatment outcomes.
  • They are not appropriate for clinical decisions.

What our quizzes are

  • Self-screens built from validated instrument items, translated to plain identity-first language.
  • Starting points for self-reflection and for a conversation with a qualified clinician.
  • Tools to help you identify which trait clusters might be worth exploring further.

Seeking professional support

If our screens suggest you may be autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent and you want a formal assessment, see our diagnosis guide. If you want ongoing support, see our therapy guide— we list specific questions to ask a prospective therapist on a first call.
