Why pay before the tracker ships?
You don’t have to. The free tier is permanent. If you do subscribe now, you reserve a slot in the closed beta and lock in launch pricing — the price will rise at public launch. We’d rather be transparent than play growth-hack games.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in the Stripe customer portal. No retention guilt. No friction. Your data stays exportable until you delete it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays in your account, exportable any time, in CSV / JSON. You can delete it entirely on request. We don’t hold tracker data hostage.
Will there be a refund window?
14-day refund, no questions, for any reason. Email hello@neurodiverge.app.
Will the price change?
Launch pricing is locked in for anyone who subscribes before public launch. After public launch the rate may increase for new subscribers; existing subscribers keep their original rate.
